Katherine Twaddell is a certified Executive Coach with Apeiron Consulting. In her practice she draws from her extensive international background in the global financial services, media and retail sectors to coach many well respected corporate leaders from across a broad range of businesses as well as several of Asia’s most successful entrepreneurs. Born in Switzerland and educated in the US and Europe, Katherine has lived in Asia for 18 years before moving to the UK in 2014. She has personal and in-depth understanding of the cross- cultural challenges facing global leaders today and brings that experience to bear when working with international leaders and their teams.
As a coach Katherine combines humour with a tough questioning model that encourages clients to take ownership of their careers and move forward in a focused and dynamic way. Katherine’s coaching methodology includes rigorous assessment based data combined with reflective learning exercises. She believes that this combination is vital to developing authentic and empowered leaders. Katherine works with her clients to provide tools for success in today’s demanding international business market with a focus on building high performance teams in cross-cultural, multi-generational and virtual environments.
Katherine’s career started on Wall Street, as an analyst focusing on the insurance sector. Pegged as a knowledge leader, she joined the financial media industry where she worked with organizations such as Institutional Investor, CNN, and Fortune magazine. From there Katherine moved to Asia and founded her own successful business. She was a finalist in Singapore’s Woman Entrepreneur of the Year-2001.
Katherine holds a BA in English Literature, New York University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, University of Derby. She is a member the International Coaching Federation.
